Thanks to the Bar Method I am enjoying a level of fitness that I couldn’t achieve for the last six years. I couldn’t heal completely from a hernia repair despite physiotherapy and restorative yoga. It also helped me fight symptoms of chronic fatigue.
I said goodbye to pelvic pain, got my legs back in shape and a better posture while fighting a serious hormonal imbalance.
I wish I tried this earlier.
